Habitualment aquestes infeccions poden tractar-se en pocs dies amb antibi\u00f2tics.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Infecci\u00f3 de l&#8217;os de la mand\u00edbula,<\/strong> cosa que pot provocar la seva p\u00e8rdua. Pel seu tractament \u00e9s necessari prendre antibi\u00f2tics potents i retirar l&#8217;implant dental perqu\u00e8 sani la ferida.<\/p><ul><li>Els implants dentals requereixen de l&#8217;os per a subjectar-se en el maxil\u00b7lar superior i, en cas de no ser suficient, es pot arribar a perforar ocasionant danys sobre els sins paranasals. Per a resoldre aquesta complicaci\u00f3 es pot resoldre llevant l&#8217;implant dental, sanant l&#8217;os i empeltant un nou implant dental.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Danys en els vasos sanguinis<\/strong>. Durant un tractament amb implants dentals, les dents i els vasos sanguinis pr\u00f2xims poden resultar danyats si es perfora l&#8217;arrel d&#8217;una dent.
